Chicken Broast Recipe


2kg Chicken with skin

4 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 Cup Flour

Chicken Broast1 Teaspoon Ajinomoto

½ Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

1 Teaspoon Mustard Powder

1 Teaspoon White Pepper

1 Teaspoon Paprika Powder

5 Table Spoon Milk

1 Egg


Butter for frying


At first cut the skinned chicken in pieces, wash it and then dry by cloth. Put salt and lemon juice in chicken pieces and mix well and marinate about 45 minutes. On one side take flour and add salt as required, white pepper, Ajinomoto, mustard powder, paprika powder and cinnamon power and mix them. After that take beaten egg and add milk in it and them mix it. Now dip the chicken in beaten egg mixture and after that coat the flour mixture and left it for a while. On the other hand heat the butter in a pan then fry the chicken at their golden brown color.
